Overlooking Dunedin with magnificent panoramic views, our Bed and Breakfast homestay accommodation is in a quiet, relaxed setting, just 5 minutes by car from the City centre, and on-route to the Peninsula Eco-Attractions of the Albatross Colony, the Penguin & Seal Colonies, and Larnach Castle. We offer a nice, clean room with a comfortable, warm, queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The double room rate (2 people) is NZ$130 including breakfast and all taxes. The double room rate (1 person) is NZ$95 a night including breakfast and all taxes. Also available is sleeping for two further people in a separate bedroom, twin-singles, on a single bed and a full-size single rollaway bed, they share the private bathroom. Only one party of guests are booked at a time. For breakfast we serve cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast/crumpets/eggs, good orange juice, freshly brewed coffee and selection of teas. Our sun deck overlooks the city and harbour, the view is especially breathtaking at night.
