Overlooking Dunedin with magnificent panoramic views, our Bed and Breakfast homestay accommodation is in a quiet, relaxed setting, just 5 minutes by car from the City centre, and on-route to the Peninsula Eco-Attractions of the Albatross Colony, the Penguin & Seal Colonies, and Larnach Castle.

We offer a nice, clean room with a comfortable, warm, queen-size bed and a private bathroom.

The double room rate (2 people) is NZ$115 for the first night and then NZ$95 for subsequent nights, including Continental breakfast.

The double room rate (1 person) is NZ$75 a night including breakfast.

Also available is sleeping for a third person, in a separate room, on a full size single rollaway bed, they share the private bathroom.
